1. Standard check-out time is 12:00 NN and check-in time is 3:00 PM Early check-in and late checout may be requested at the Front Office but subject to availability of rooms with a corresponding surcharge of Php 500.00 per hour.
2. A CASH ONLY security deposit of Php 1,000.00 is required upon check-in which will be returned upon check-out.
3. Children ages/years old and below are free of charge using existing bedding.
4. NO SMOKING POLICY: Strictly No Smoking inside the Hotel Rooms and Premises. (Please proceed to the designated smoking area)
5. Damage to Loss of hotel property: Please report immediately to Front Desk any damages or broken fixtures for prompt repair. Guest are obliged to pay for any losses or damages to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors or any person whom they are responsible for.
6. Item/s borrowed from the Hotel shall be returned begore check-out yo avoid replacement charge.
7. Please surrender the Hotel key card upon check-out. Lost Hotel key cards will be charged at Php 500.00 per card.
8. Firearms, deadly weapons and flammable materials such as candles, incense, mosquito coil, firecrackers are strictly prohibited inside the Hotel.
9. Gambling of any kind is strictly prohibited.
10. Refrain from loud music and noise at all times. Partying inside the room is not allowed.
11. The Hotel reserves the right to discontinue any accommodation and services upon failure to comply the above mentioned policies.
12. Hotel may send you promotions and offerings to the email address you have provided.
